CCDia®AeroSpeed® CFRP drilling with excellent surfaces In order to meet requirements for vibration-free drilling and chatter mark-free counter-sinking when machining CFRP, CemeCon has developed CCDia®AeroSpeed®. Produced as a multilayer, this coating material stands out with a much finer and smoother surface, compared with our nanochrystalline diamond coatings. Combined with the established CemeCon adhesion technology, CCDia®AeroSpeed® makes rough surfaces a thing of the past. CCDia®AeroSpeed® is of course offered as a precision coating.
