Disc Finishinig Machine TE 60 A

The new Centrifugal Disc Finishing System TE 60 A allows an economical deburring, grinding and polishing of metal, plastic or ceramic. The optimum combination of the geometry of the working container and a rotating disk results in optimal movement of parts and media. It prevents parts from sticking to the working container wall and guarantees uniform processing results. Together with the automatic vibratory screening unit and return of media two batches each can be processed resp. separated simultaneously. The finished parts are unloaded to the dosing hopper in a gentle manner, thus preventing parts damage. Thereafter work pieces and abrasives pass an adjustable metering with programmable speed to the vibratory screening machine. Two unbalance motors guarantees high separation performance. Large-scale screens with tumbling steps support the emptying of cup-shaped parts and are easy and quick to change without any tool.
