Readout of magazine data

Hello

I have the following problem. I’d like to exchange all tools in the magazine once a week. How can I do it? The machine should change all tools in the magazine to the spindle and back at the push of a button.
Has anyone got an idea how it can work?

What is it for?

Every machine manufacturer has such a program. In that way places are tested. Just start a program for 3 days and check whether all places are ok. But as every manufacturer has skeletons in the closet, it’s not so easy.

That’s right. Manufacturers use such programs.
But at the start of the program the magazine has to be correctly allocated, if one tool is wrong inserted, it cracks.

First I would readout the magazine configuration and then create a changing program with parameters.
Unfortunately I know only Deckel programs, so I can’t write exactly how you have to do it.
